Today, we are publishing the final provisional merit list for the Honhaar Laptop Scheme. After reviewing the previous list, we have disapproved of students who had previously received laptops under the scheme or failed. Their status has been updated from “Selected” and “Waiting” to “Not Selected” and “Disapproved.” The disapproved students are listed in the last row. Kindly review the final provisional list; as per HEC policy, we are required to display it repeatedly. The final confirmed list will be available tomorrow, and the distribution process will commence in the coming days.

CM Laptop Scheme Phase 4 Merit List
Good news! Another provisional merit list will be released, followed by the final merit list. The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has published the Provisional Merit Lists for PMYLS (Phase-IV). The lists of selected, waiting, and not selected candidates, as communicated by HEC, can be downloaded from the following link.

The laptop distribution process for the CM Laptop Scheme 2025 started on 7th December 2025. The first temporary merit list (not the final merit list) will be sent to the university’s focal persons next week. After receiving corrections from the focal persons, the final merit list will be announced by HEC. Focal persons have 15 days to make corrections to the temporary list and resend it to HEC.
